equaling five times the applicable fee for each individual instance, it being understood that this
shall not operate to restrict any other remedies available to the photographer.
2. If the copyright notice is missing, incomplete, in the wrong position or not possible of being clearly
allocated to the picture in question, a surcharge of 100% of the agreed or customary fee shall be
payable.
TERMS OF USE
All of my photographs, videos and other content are protected by copyright and may not be altered, edited, manipulated, or processed using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of AI tools for enhancement, generation, modification, or derivative works. My work strictly may not be used to train any AI models, internally or externally. Any unauthorized use of AI in connection with the images, videos and content constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
DATA PROTECTION
Please be aware that there are inherent security risks in transmitting data, such as e-mails, via the internet, because it is impossible to safeguard completely against unauthorized access by third parties. Nevertheless, we shall safeguard your data, subject to this limitation. In particular, personal information will be transmitted via the internet only if it does not infringe upon third-party rights, unless the respective party has given its prior consent in view of such security risks. Accordingly, as the website provider, I shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a consequence of such security risks or for any related acts of omission on my part.
I oppose the use of any available contact information by a third party for sending unsolicited advertisements. As the website provider, I reserve the express right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.
